KNOW YOUR RIGHTS! In the State of Florida you have the right to choose your repair shop. There is nothing in the Florida law to prevent insurance companies from having “selected” body shops. However, the insurance company cannot tell the customer that they must have the work done at a certain shop. Whenever possible we use only original manufacturer parts. If original parts are not available for older cars or if you or your insurer want to economize, we can use used, reconditioned, or third-party parts. We are not responsible for defects in parts.
